The goal of the Reconnex Support team is to meet and exceed customers’ demands for expert, responsive support of their Reconnex solution. Reconnex provides two tiers of world-class maintenance and technical support.

 

  • Gold support is available 9am - 5pm PST from Monday through Friday.
  • Platinum support is available 24x7, 365 days a year.

 

Reconnex Support can be contacted by phone or email. Preference is given for customers under existing support contracts.

Online Support

The Reconnex Support Portal provides you with 24x7 access to Knowledge Base solutions for the most commonly reported issues. You can also log support cases, download the most recent version of iGuard software and get the latest documentation.
