The Reconnex inSight Console provides a powerful and intuitive framework for centrally managing and monitoring multiple iGuard appliances. Designed to simplify administration and on-going case management, the inSight Console provides a centralized interface for managing security policies, examining incidents and case workflow, addressing alerts, and viewing system reports. The inSight Console supports provisioned management through Roles-Based Access Control (RBAC) which allows multiple levels of access to be defined for multiple classes of users, ensuring that the system can allow multiple users from disparate parts of the organization to collaborate on cases that are generated.

The Reconnex inSight Console helps organizations streamline management of an end-to-end information protection architecture consisting of Data-in-Motion, Data-at-Rest, and Data-in-Use. The Reconnex inSight Console provides the following benefits to your organization:
- Lower Total Cost of Ownership (TCO): By providing centralized management and monitoring, organizations will realize significant time savings as compared to managing each device individually.
- Aggregation of Reports and Incidents: The inSight Console provides a single pane of glass for all incidents identified throughout the network. The inSight Console is also able to provide executive and summary reports across the entire deployment.
- Provisioned Management for Collaboration: Powerful roles based access control (RBAC) capabilities allow you to define who is able to access the system and in what capacity to allow disparate teams to collaborate on device management, incident remediation, or simply for viewing reports or status.
- Centralized Case Management: By providing a centralized case management system that is fully integrated with RBAC, multiple teams can seamlessly collaborate on cases, including human resources, information security, legal, compliance, and many others.
- Intuitive Investigation Support: Leveraging the capture database and search capabilities of the iGuard, users can initiate a high-performance search to find additional information about an incident or see what else a user has been doing.
- Fast, Accurate Rule Tuning: Using the search capability against the iGuard capture databases, users can quickly identify their sensitive information, tune rules or create new rules, and validate their accuracy against historical information prior to moving them into production.
The Reconnex inSight Console includes the following technology features:
- Incident Workflow, Case Management, and Remediation: Provides centralized incident aggregation and intuitive workflow for users to work with incidents and escalate severe events through the embedded case management tool. This allows full role delegation between key stakeholders to properly remediate incidents and correct business processes.
- Device Configuration and Management: All aspects of the iGuard configuration and management can be controlled through the inSight Console centrally, thereby minimizing the number of interfaces an administrator would need to work with to manage the system.
- Policy Configuration and Distribution: Provides centralized policy definition and distribution. Policies and rules are automatically distributed by the inSight Console to the managed iGuard systems as configured. Disparate policies can be leveraged across devices, thereby providing compliance with regional and international regulations.
- e-Based Access Control: Provides full LDAP-enabled role-based access for delegated permissions based on tasks within the system as well as policy.
- Health Statistics and Network Traffic Monitoring: Povides administrative management and visibility to scale deployment to all egress and internal monitoring points for complete coverage of information security and protection.
- Secure Communication: Ecrypted communication channels are used between inSight and managed iGuard appliances, and access to the management interface is done over encrypted channels.
