2) Enable customers to leverage trusted relationships with key resellers and integrator partners, as well as benefit from value added by these third parties.
Technology Partners
Reconnex takes an open approach with its information monitoring and protection appliances to leverage other IT elements to take action, such as blocking or encrypting traffic, or gain a broader context on overall security-related events. For example, using bi-directional application programming interfaces (APIs), third-party vendors can gain access to Reconnex’s capture database of indexed, searchable content. In this way, Reconnex can help provide customers with useful context for event correlation and policy management. The combination of Reconnex and other security devices provides better overall accuracy, lower false positives, better response to incidents and faster remediation.
Channel Partners
Reconnex is focused on working through partners to reach the market. Reseller and integrator partners are in an excellent position to recommend Reconnex solutions as part of larger security projects. They can also build value-added service packages for additional revenue around the Reconnex platform. In order to help these partners succeed, Reconnex offers extensive sales and marketing support that includes lead-generation, co-branding, training and other activities.
